eTendering just got sweeter…Implemented successfully in Sugar factory….

MKCL has now successfully implemented its SeTS (Secured eTendering System) for a famous sugar factory in Pune district, Maharashtra State. MKCL is has implemented SeTS in SaaS mode (Software as a service).  MKCL was roped in considering MKCL’s vast experience in the eTendering domain. Their current procurement process was partially automated through their offline ERP software covers the post tendering process which starts with order generation to stock management. MKCL, thus has successfully integrated SeTS with their ERP system, enabling seamless exchange of data between the systems. Currently, customers and suppliers from various parts of India are getting themselves registered with the factory through SeTS. The suppliers supply over 10,000 items related to manufacturing, machinery, agriculture etc to the sugar factory. The sugar factory conducts forward auction to sell sugar whenever they get communication from the Government. Over 5,00,000 Quintals(and still counting) of sugar has been put up for sale by the factory through MKCL’s SeTS. MKCL has also commenced using SeTS for its own procurement and look forward to derive the benefits from the system designed, developed and customized inhouse. MKCL will now replicate this success story in other sugar factories across Maharashtra state, and also in verticals like Oil, Petrol, etc.
